What Yogoda Exercise is
Yogoda gives you harmony. Based on the ancient Indian philosophy of Yoga, Yogoda (Sanskrit word that means "That which imparts harmony") is a healing modality that is designed to harmonize the energy of the body, to concentrate and calm the mind, and to experiece the beauty of being in the present moment.
Yogoda was developed by Paramhansa Yogananda, a self-realized Master from India in 1916. Yogananda came to United States in 1920 with the mission of teaching people how to access, attract and use energy to achieve both spiritual and material success.
The whole universe is made of energy, including our bodies. This energy, which is called Prana or Life Energy creates, holds and sustains every organism present on Earth.
