Through a series of body movements called Energization Exercises,Yogoda energizes the body with Life Energy while releasing deeper levels of tension.

The practice of Meditation stimulates and promotes physical, mental and emotional relaxation. It is easy to learn and easy to practice.


Both techniques of Energization and Meditation complement each other and are designed to be practice together. However, they can be learnt and practiced also separately.

Join our classes, either the meditation, the exercise, or both, and learn very effective techniques to promote greater circulation of energy in the body, to feel alive and full of energy all the time.
